Level Up Agriculture owns prime farmland located in the Mbeya province historically rich in rainfall, with fine natural resources such as a river that flows year-round and runs on the property. In addition, the property is located not far from a dormant volcano that when it last erupted left the area lands highly fertile with minerals healthy for farming.
